1. Age Eligibility:

- Before proceeding, ensure that your child's age meets the specified criteria for the desired class:

- For Nursery class, the child should be 3 years old as of 01 Nov 2025 (born between 2nd Nov 2021 and 31st Oct 2022).

- For LKG class, the child should be 4 years old as of 01 Nov 2025 (born between 2nd Nov 2020 and 31st Oct 2021).

- For UKG class, the child should be 5 years old as of 01 Nov 2025 (born between 2nd Nov 2019 and 31st Oct 2020).

- If your child does not meet the age eligibility criteria, online registration won't be available. Contact the school admission department for further guidance.

2. Prepare Documents:

- Gather a recent passport-sized photograph of the child in either .pdf or .jpeg format (size < 5mb).

- Obtain a recent passport-sized photograph of the Father/Guardian in either .pdf or .jpeg format (size < 5mb).

- Ensure you have the child's Date of Birth (D.O.B.) certificate in either .pdf or .jpeg format (size < 5mb).

3. Complete Registration Form:

- Fill in all details accurately according to the child's D.O.B. certificate.

- Complete mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) diligently.

4. Confirmation and Documentation:

- After successful submission, a confirmation message will appear with a downloadable "5-page" attachment.

- Download or print all Five pages, as these will be needed on the date of interaction.

5. Confirmation Notifications:

- A confirmation email containing the "4-page" document will be sent to the father's email address.

- Additionally, a confirmation SMS will be sent to the father's mobile number.

6. Review Documents:

- Carefully review the "4-page" attachment for accuracy.

- Report any discrepancies promptly using the provided contact number.

7. Transport Service (if required):

- Although the school provides transport services in the major areas of Srinagar and Ganderbal districts, parents are requested to kindly contact the Transport Incharge at 9149992724 for availing transport services.

- Proceed with registration only after confirmation from the transport incharge.
